17-year-old snack stand employee gets even with entitled middle-aged customers demanding more cheese on their nachos: '[I] threw their free second serving in the trash!'

This teenager was not having it when two middle-aged ladies took issue with their nachos order.

Here's the thing about beachside snack stands. If you're expecting perfect gourmet food, then you will inevitably be disappointed. Your average beach food is much more about vibes than anything else. These two ladies clearly did not understand. 

After receiving their nachos order mere minutes beforehand, both ladies marched right back up to the snack stand nd demanded a free second serving with a better cheese-to-nacho ratio. However, at that point, the teenager noticed that while he accommodate them with on the cheese front, they were already running out of full chips.

He tried to explain this to the customers, to no avail. Then, he realized that these ladies didn't exactly have legs to stand on. They had already eaten the majority of their so-called "subpar" nachos order (clearly, it was good enough for them to consume!). Now, they're taking issue with the insufficient number of chips? Talk about being difficult to please!

  • The funny thing about working as a teenager is that you could be naive one moment and then completely over it the next. Thankfully, this teenager knew that these demanding customers were not worth pleasing. He wound up tossing their free second serving of nachos with the sufficient amount of cheese but insufficient number of chips straight into the trash. He also did this right in front of these ladies, putting an abrupt end to their interaction.

    We don't even know this man, but it's hard to feel vindicated, at least vicariously through his actions. Who hasn't been manipulated into bending over backward for ungrateful customers?
